Who I am

Dialed In Digital Studio LLC ("Dialed In Digital," "I," "me," "my") is a web design and local marketing studio in Florida. You can reach me any time at avi@dialedindigital.us or (954) 637-3694.

What I collect on this website

Information you give me. When you fill out my contact or audit form, or leave your email in the footer, I receive what you typed — typically your name, email address, and details about your business. I use it to respond to you and to prepare the review you asked for.

Analytics. I use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This uses cookies. I do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or sell analytics data to anyone.

Hosting logs. This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs (IP address, request time) to deliver and secure the site.

How I use it

To reply to you, to deliver services you've asked about, and to improve this site. That's the list. I never sell your information, rent it, or share it with data brokers or advertising networks. Marketing emails you opt into always include a working unsubscribe, honored promptly.

Service providers I rely on

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to my email. Analytics by Google Analytics. Hosting by Cloudflare. Call scheduling by Calendly. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Client services and Google Business Profile data

For clients who hire me to manage their online presence, I operate internal tools that connect to the Google Business Profile API using Google's OAuth consent — only for business profiles where the client has made me an authorized Manager. Through that access, my tools work with business information (name, address, hours, categories), posts I publish on the client's behalf, customer reviews and my client-approved replies, photos, and profile performance metrics.

I use this data for exactly one purpose: providing the marketing services that client hired me for — publishing approved content, responding to reviews, keeping business information accurate, and reporting results back to that same client. My use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. I do not sell this data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train machine-learning models. Clients can revoke my access at any time by removing me as a Manager or revoking the OAuth grant in their Google account, and I delete a client's data from my systems when the engagement ends or on request.

Retention and your choices

I keep correspondence and client records for as long as I work for you, plus what tax and business law requires. You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — email avi@dialedindigital.us and I'll handle it, usually within a few days. This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting active clients get told to them directly, not just posted.
